Ezra’s Heart Foundation provides needs-based financial assistance for cats who need diagnostics or treatment for HCM

If you need assistance, fill out our application below. Please note that we are a nonprofit organizaion that relies on donations from individuals or charitable organizaions. As such, funds may be limted.

Feline HCM Veterinary Assistance Program

We provide funds to help cat owners with a financial need to help with diagnosis and treatment for cats with HCM.

  • Early diagnosis means longer lives and better quality of life for cats. We provide funds for echocardiograms for cats at risk for HCM.

  • Cats diagnosed with HCM need supportive treatments to manage symptoms and live longer lives. We provide funds for life-saving treatments including medication and nutrition for cat owners with finanical need.

  • Please use this application to apply for assistance with getting an echocardiogram to diagnose HCM or for help with ongoing treatment for HCM
