Feline HCM Heart Care Program

We provide funds to help cat owners with a financial need to help with diagnosis and treatment for cats with HCM.

  • Early diagnosis means longer lives and better quality of life for cats. We provide funds for echocardiograms for cats at risk for HCM.

  • Cats diagnosed with HCM need supportive treatments to manage symptoms and live longer lives. We provide funds for life-saving treatments including medication and nutrition for cat owners with finanical need.

  • Application for assistance coming soon
    Ezra’s Heart Foundation is a new nonprofit and is currently raising the funds needed to provide financial assistance for HCM diagnosis and treatment. Our assistance application is not yet open, but we anticipate accepting applications in Spring 2026.
